The data about the Client and User are collected by REAL FUSIO, during the use of the software, or its updates. They are subject of to a computer processing, which main purpose is to know how the software is used. The Client and User agree that this data are collected, stored, kept and used by REAL FUSIO, who is responsible for their processing, on the legal base of article 6.1a of the RGPD, as well as Art. 32. II of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 amended.

The collected data include as follows:

• machine information
• duration of a session
• use of functions (number of exports, number of transformations…)
• license type
• information on the loaded models (extension, geometry quantity,…)
• software version
•  type of rendering engine

 
The recipients of the data are REAL FUSIO, its internal departments, as well as any legally authorized person. The duration of the processing is limited to the contractual time of use of the software, and the data is stored within the EU. The Client and User have the rights of access, rectification and other rights granted to persons whose data are processed according to the Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. The Client and User can exercise these rights by mail by contacting REAL FUSIO, or the DPO at the email address data-privacy@akka.eu.

The Client and User can suspend data collection by adjusting the software settings.
