Je m\u2019occupe de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement cabine pour des entreprises de maintenance a\u00e9ronautique comme SABENA TECHNICS<\/strong>. Et, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de la r\u00e9alisation de leur documentation de maintenance. Nous sommes en charge de mettre \u00e0 jour la documentation, suite aux modifications effectu\u00e9es dans les cabines. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNous souhaitions proposer \u00e0 notre client une nouvelle m\u00e9thode de travail pour optimiser la r\u00e9alisation de la documentation technique. 3D Juump Ace nous permet de visualiser la maquette num\u00e9rique de la cabine. Notre client nous adresse plusieurs fichiers 3D<\/strong> (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sous des formats de conception diff\u00e9rents) qui repr\u00e9sentent la cabine en \u00e9l\u00e9ments s\u00e9par\u00e9s<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nNous avons, par exemple, un fichier pour l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des meubles, si\u00e8ges, cloisons, un autre fichier pour la modification du circuit d\u2019eau, d\u2019air, etc\u2026 3D Juump Ace<\/em> nous permet d\u2019agr\u00e9ger ces fichiers et de reconstituer<\/strong>, sur un pc standard, la cabine dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9<\/strong>. Il suffit de glisser le fichier dans le logiciel et celui-ci l\u2019assemble correctement automatiquement.\r\n\r\nNos clients peuvent donc nous fournir des fichiers fractionn\u00e9s, nous n\u2019avons pas besoin de la maquette num\u00e9rique globale<\/strong>, qui est d\u2019ailleurs g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement difficile \u00e0 obtenir. C\u2019 est un compl\u00e9ment visuel important, par rapport au plan de fabrication en 2D fournis par le client car nous visualisons les perspectives et l\u2019environnement<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nNous pouvons illustrer, pas \u00e0 pas, les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tapes de maintenance, notamment dans un cas de proc\u00e9dure de d\u00e9pose-pose d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments.
